Catchup is an innovative learning platform designed to provide affordable, AI-powered, teacher-led exam preparation, literacy education, and academic support for students across Nigeria and Africa.
LEGAL OWNERSHIP
Catchup Education is a product of Mike and Boma Ventures Limited, a registered Nigerian company under which the Catchup platform is built, owned, managed, and operated.
MINIMUM AGE
Users under 18 years of age must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to access and use the Catchup Platform.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating an account, using the app, or accessing any feature on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Catchup offers the following services:
- AI-powered practice for WAEC, NECO, JAMB, GCE, Common Entrance & Adult Basic Literacy
- Teacher-led video explanations
- Live or scheduled academic tutoring sessions
- Performance analytics and progress tracking
- Offline access to practice questions (mobile app)
- Freemium and premium subscription plans
FEES AND PAYMENTS
Subscription plans may be recurring. Charges apply immediately upon purchase. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
NO REFUND POLICY
All payments made on the Catchup platform are final and non-refundable. Please review your subscription choice carefully before making a purchase.
USER CONDUCT
Users of the Catchup platform must not:
- Abuse the platform or other users
- Share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to hack or compromise the platform's security
- Resell, redistribute, or commercialize content without permission
- Misuse services in any way that violates applicable laws
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Catchup platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and educational materials, is the exclusive property of Mike and Boma Ventures Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws.
